The author in this article has explored several techniques which can be implemented by organizations for resolving the correct issues by choosing the appropriate stakeholders, correct problem assessments, and effectively acknowledge the employees through the concept of double-loop learning method and efficiency (Rahim 2017). The strength of this article primarily lies on the recognition of effective re solutions of conflict management within a firm by effectively analysing varied techniques of conducting interpersonal, competitive conflict and role ambiguity.
